Best / Outstanding Paper Awards

Selection Guidelines

To qualify for entering the competition, a paper must:
(1) be a full-paper submission;
(2) be presented orally in the conference;
(3) receive 3 or more review scores;
(4) receive no score of 2 or below;
(5) receive the score of 3 at least THREE times.

This year in ICEB 2026, 12 papers were selected from 298 papers as the Outstanding Papers for the best paper competition. Each paper was ranked by all members of the Best Paper Awards Committee. A paper was eliminated meeting any one rule below:
(1) The author does not want to publish full paper in the post-conference proceedings book;
(2) The paper received 3 or more times of the last rank score "N" (N= 12 in 2026);
(3) The average rank score is > "N-2" (N-2= 12-2= 10 in 2026);
(4) Fianlly, a paper did NOT receive the "1" first ranks two or more times.

NOTE: Only submissions of full papers can enter the Outstanding Paper Awards competition. The award recipients must published their papers as full papers in the post-conference proceedings book. Otherwise, they will be disqualified to receive the awards. For this year, the ranking process yielded TBA best papers and TBA outstanding papers. These papers are identified on the PID in the Session Overview table.

Authors receiving the best paper awards can submit the improved papers to an ICEB affiliated journal free of charge International Journal of Electronic Business (IJEB). For details about IJEB, please visit https://www.inderscience.com/ijeb/.
